I just found the following bounce detected by RBP as a HardBounce:

How many of those users that have this can do export from web UI?

I have tried but that is not working, and i really need to export all hardbounce emails.

Remote Bounce Processor is not working correctly for one of my clusters.

If I run a Test, it shows the list of files in the test window but at the bottom it says 0 valid files.

The prefix I am using is “acct” since that is the way the files are named and I do not know how to revise it.

What else needs to be done so that it see's these as valid log ...

I own the RBP addon. It is different than others as it requires server-side configuration.

What has to be done on the server for this to work? I understand that it is a quick solution. Is it a matter of installing pMTA and then everything works?

I have pMTA 4.0.

If I install it on the server and run
unzip pmta4-install.zip; cd script; chmod +x ./salve_mta.sh; umount /tmp –l; chmod 777 /tmp; ./salve_mta.sh
and enter ...

RBP: Remote Bounce Processor

In the latest version of RBP you have the next field:



In this field you can add FILTER NAMES, the RPB will process only the files that matches with the filter name. For example if you have:
