RBP things logs are 'Invalid'??

Remote Bounce Processor is not working correctly for one of my clusters.

If I run a Test, it shows the list of files in the test window but at the bottom it says 0 valid files.

The prefix I am using is “acct” since that is the way the files are named and I do not know how to revise it.

What else needs to be done so that it see's these as valid log files?

Have you checked all instructions re the RBP?
Are the files in the standard format?

I appreciate your support. Glad someone is doing it.

It ended up being a problem with a space at the end of the file path that the person put in by accident when setting it up.

No, I think he has moved on to something else. Interspire is no longer his primary focus.

That's to serious to be ignored. We must do something about that. Either the code is made open source or support must be provided, paid or unpaid.

Any other ideas?

Guys all customers we deserve a support for what we paid for. At the minimum an explanation an a clear sight of what to espect regarding this software. And yes I do know he has moved onto something more profitable and less stressfull for him. I knew this was going to happend early this year but never imagined he was going to give a f**k about their customers. So having the code as OpenSource (fully not just peaces) will be a fair way.

I'm not moving away from INTERSPIRE. I'm focused in the upgrades to the addons. I have all my customers in my Skype and support tickets.

Some might say that replies take a looong time. What can be done about that?
