Hi,
Are open stats including even people opening the massage and marking it as spam?
same question for click stats.

The situation will depend of the Subscriber. IF the subscriber open/click in the Email and after this the email is marked as Spam, the process is handled by Interspire Email Marketer OPENS, so the geostats will track the IP.
Buy if the user just clicked in SPAM button without: Click or Image Display. There is no way to capture the IP.
